They sell/buy baidu links by points. And you can also charge the points by cash(I don't know how to do though). I uploaded some books there in order to get points. And I have a lot of points now.

If you want to sell your materials, you need to upload them to baidu. This website only uses baidu, they don't accept mega or mediafire links.
