What do you got btw? BBB or Tele2, maybe comintehem?

Same with me!
The site isn't slow for loading anything BUT to get the response when I check a link always costs me 5-10 sec. It's very sick when I'm tagging >_>
(Maybe admin2 or Petopeto have seen this thread? I feel some improvements, but still worse than before)

Tried my France server. And that goes hella fast. A bit more than b4. I believe it's because since server Are now in europe...But dunno still think it is a bit slower for other servers. Mainly lag comes from clicking on links as you kindly stated for me. : )
For the past 12 hours or so, it appears that the long delay in loading pages has disappeared. The site feels nice and responsive again and is well within what I would consider acceptable.
Was something done to fix it?
Hopefully it stays this way.

The download speed is probably around 60 kb/s for me, in Singapore, Asia. Not sure if its usually this slow. Means like its due to traffic as my download cap is far far higher
I'm getting a good 450kbps + from the United States.
Servers are hosted in Europe, depending on how the traffic from us to your ISP it will be slow/fast...
Since we're on the new server how are speeds from yotsuba?
elis and sheryl are disappearing, but ranka is still here to serve thumbs.

140~150 kbp/s in Japan. far faster than elis, a bit slower than sheryl. overall good Σd(ゝω・o)
(because I sometimes cut off downloading when I connected to the elis..)

Fast from here 400 kb/s~
The speed is kinda odd here from California, USA.
Some files are downloading at different speeds then others.
Downloading three files at once, the first may max out its download speed at 375KB/s, the second at 175KB/s, and the third at 800KB/s.
Even if I pause the the 800KB/s and 375KB/s ones (in the above example), the 175KB/s one doesn't speed up at all and continues to download at 175KB/s.
Yet if I pause and restart a slow download a few times, eventually it will immediately start downloading faster then the max speed it was hitting before.
Other times I may have two downloads going which are maxing out at 200KB/s, and when I start a third it downloads at something like 1.8MB/s.
There appears to be no packet loss at all with nice solid speeds at whatever speed it decides to download at, so I don't know what to think.
Are you running some sort of funky bandwidth management or load balancing on the new server? Is caching broken and your disks are getting hit too hard?
Speeds aren't too bad, but you may want to make sure everything is configured properly admin2.

We're on a gbit line with 95% on 200mbit
QoS is set to 200mbit so its a bit funky
IO is split between 4 disks using xfs and cpu is averaging 2%-10% iowait

Hmm, I guess that explains it.admin2 said:

Your new data center must be performing QoS throttling on a per connection (or more likely per 'stream') basis rather than a per port basis, and the amount of throttling varies depending on the available bandwidth at any given time in accordance to your SLA.
Everything well here at Illinois, USA.
up to 1,6mby/s per connection
so im as fast as before, maxing out my cable line

I'm accessing the site just as well as before, but on the other hand my connection maxes out at 30KB/s on a good day.
So, probably not the best person to test connections with, huh? :D

Everything just slowed downed significantly compared to 13 hours earlier.
I'm only seeing an average of 50KB/s per connection now (150KB/s total with 3 downloads running).
Extra QoS throttling at this time of day or is it just peak time for moe and yotsuba is maxing out its 200Mbit of available bandwidth?

looks like weekend rushhour...

But I wonder if that is just the server who need to be configured to handle more connections or what the cause is, I haven't used lighttpd very much as it kept crashing for me after ~60 min. nginx FTW.
Another reason for it to crash is how CGI and so on is setup, however the language this site is writen on and it's CGI server I cannot answer much about, but it may be the very same issue with all fast cgi server. Only able to handle one request at a time.
As for ping it's quite nice for the moment :)
