Checked out the series and it looks interstingly similar to Alice in Chains. Except that Alice in Chains is sorta yuri, and then some. While this one appears detective old school. (I mean this in all aspects) Nice nonetheless! XD

i also liked odorobo jing : twilight tales... the manga art is so surrealistic...

although there was an earlier series called odorobo jing... i liked the story... but it took me until volume 3 to appreciate the artwork...

Yea.....been waiting how~? long? It'll be worth it thou, I am expecting. The hiatus began at an interesting point too. Also with all these current/recent projects they been doing, it'll be even more interesting to see them go back to X and its amount of action and decapitation.

The government isnt allowing the authors to further publish this. So...We're screwed until we can get rid of government, or we get a government that isn't so scared of a book's prophecies. XD

sick people who rejects reality and substituted their own disoriented perspectives are the ones to blame for cancellations of series like school days, higurashi no naku koro ni kai and X/1999...

i know school days, and no naku koro ni, but... what's x/1999?
And yea. Mainly because of people who either found out the truth and kept finding even worser truths about humanity couldn't handle it, or they just gave up living and wanted a better one at the end of the road in some other dimension. (A lot of the interviewed people and will say this a lot. O.o)

Lol that's still going around? Nope. Not really. While things like this usually have a sort of effect on the govt., It usually means 1 less good show out there for us to see. X just got hiatused b.c a lot of its foretellings were happening and it was REAL scary! 1 of the ones CLAMP had set it for future volumes was a "state of mind" that would infect the citizens of Tokyo, and then the rest of world causing all to lose hope and become beasts.(They stopped 2 volumes short of this part)

Yeah, It's sad for fans when a manga is cancelled, same case with the Strawberry Panic manga.

apocalyptic stories like evangelion are the ones that the government should watch out for...

although i like the eva franchise... i think its apocalyptic interpretation is scarier than x...

The X manga had certain aspects of it that, well, people didn't like, people who specifically are in the government, or/and who run/ran the publishing company that the series was once serialized in.

Also of course anytime a manga/anime has aspects of decapitation or dismemberment as soon as something like that happens in real life, the first to be blamed are manga/anime etc. It's also an easy excuse for those that does these crimes to say they got the idea from 'said' manga/anime. USA has had many incidents like these, thou often involving firearms, and the blame being on movie and video games.

well i blame those who fell into a medium's raw influence...

kind of like saying... guns don't kill... but the people who are holding them ...

SP? because it was one of the first strong, purely yuri shows. At the time, the world was looking to the USA who had just after banning same-sex marriage was looking into allowing it.

X was hiatsued because many governments were terrified at the time of what came at the yr. 1999 and the manga was foretelling(and it did successfully) many tragedies that were to come. And at the heart of the disturbance is Tokyo. Hence JPN's government cancelled it. THRICE!

Govt. NEVER blame drugs for any violence.(More than half the time it's what prompted it.) Sigh. Just makes our lives harder. -_-

Yea. It was (why I said one of first) But it didn't have as large of a fanbase, and as a beautiful storyline as love sisters. ; ) <--Sorta biased since I REALLY love SP. XD

SP was cancelled for a while. When it first came out, for about 2 months then it was let to continue due to a lot of protest. Both US and JP. And also that the US decided to reopen the same-sex marriage case.

This Saturday I'll be gone. This also means I won't have internet connection for a while thanks to Comcast's laziness. I'm expecting to have all my service to my new place at the 15th of February. Right now I'm pressuring them for a sooner date.

I'm gonna be so behind on the Touhou images here AND the Patchouli images on Danbooru...same with Anime and Manga. Not really worried about my Favorite Tag List since they aren't as popular (Poor Maya Aoie-san).

Touhou is so damn popular that between the time I get back my internet, there's gonna be so many pages. The famous Meiling and others I know are one hell of a poster.
