loli is for young, or flat chest. EVERYONE has nipples, they develop in a foetus before the gender specifics.

To bad Lolis isn't human :P but anime art they can have nipples as much as they cannot :) some artist don't draw them and yet the art is very cute and good.

I think the eyes are the most detailed.
Plus i do think loli is between 5-10ish.

Her EyesThat's what hurt my eyes more than anything else, her eyes. It's really great but it has something in them. This could be because of the new prescription on my glasses...but...that still doesn't make sense going by other images I saw. Maybe her eyes are a really loud red than my eye can tolerate with these glasses on.

LoliAs for the loli thing, I always thought like appearance looks of 12 & under with boy-chested stats. That's the definition I'll keep untill someone can give me a better definition of loli.

Well the really old definition of loli ( way before wikipedia & 4chan :P by the way ) old irc nerds +10 years ago LOL....

Is a girl who lack all female proportions, that means body shape & boobs pretty much. Also obiously not looking as a toddler :P ( as thats obviously a toddler ) Age have absolutely nothing to do with it either obviously.

There is another thing to add in, there is also something called petanko/flatchest granted lolis are obviously flat chested :P but in this term it's actually used for girl characters who only lack in the chest department but example have curves. (Obviously an older female by that factor )

A good example of an petanko is example Komugi post #34764 and post #42577 (Granted she's drawn as loli most of the time and hence called loli, the 2 pics I linked is from the original character designer )

Granted the detention right now is a child like character in erotic situations however this used to not be the case, eg before it didn't need to involve anything erotic.

But as always, all definition changes when public get access to them for the better or the worse....

I can think of some other "older lolis" - the sensei in Index comes to mind, she had no curves at all but was supposed to be an adult. I think Lumiere in Kiddy Grade is supposed to be older than she looks too though she's pretty loli-ish.
