Well, I got most of it fixed. There's still a few spots here and there, but I've run out of time.

Looks very fine, thanks for fixing. but I wonder why the blue part of nanoha's swimsuit becomes darker..

BTW, could you briefly tell me how to do it? Like what tools to use, etc.

I guess the technique to fix depends on what needs fixing. Like if it becomes desaturated or just darker. I used a whole bunch of different things to fix this as there were more than one type of colour distortion. Basically, with odd shapes or blotches like this one had, you'd use the lasso tool with high amount of feathering to select the area. Then decide whats wrong with the area, and use either levels, curves, hue and saturation, or occasionally make a new layer and fill selection with white or black, then change the opacity and blending options(can also use other colours like the skin highlight colour).

The more you work like this and the more familiar you become with the tools, the easier it becomes to see what you need to do.

Oh right, since it's impossible to match the feathering of the selection with the gradient of the colour distortion, after using the levels, curves, or hue and sat tools there will be a border where the feather either went too far and changed the parts that were good, or didn't go far enough. Thats when you use the patch tool and even it out.
