No general tags whatsoever? Some of them are pointless and should be removed, but most are good to have for the sake of functionality.

Like tags that make searching for images you like actually useful. Like seifuku, megane, animal_ears, dakimakura, gothic_lolita, etc. They're distinctive enough to give you relevant results when you search them.

I've said worse. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I'll hold to mine.

Personnaly, I love those tags. They help a lot when I want something specific.

Mostly I don't have time to dig through hundreds of images, it's nice when there are general clothing type tags applied so I can find the styles I like the most quickly - then I link to other images by those artists and discover new things I like
