I've seen this particular character being tagged as loli throughout.
While I know that there's a "better safe than sorry" policy about this tag, I still disagree with classifying her. Is having small breasts the only factor that counts? Her standout feature is being super thin, but otherwise she's tall - bit taller than the average woman -, and has no loli features whatsoever.

that info is kinda mata to what you see in the image.
id say the same for 90% of AL le malin as that character typically clearly has hips, thighs and an aesthetic limb to torso length ratio, yet still gets the loli tag.

but loli as a term and anime in general is paying the price for 2 decades conflating everything from petit/svelte characters it should have been left as, and extending it in use, as cover when referring to mrs potato head stubby limb mutants, when those should have been put in their own categories.

Can you elaborate?

Sometimes I will have difficulty reaching a site. It's likely not the servers fault. I reboot both my Mac and fios router, and if that doesn't work I try my ISP's vpn. It's helped in the case of Pixiv not loading images.
