I kinda hate this trap thing with manga/anime. The artist just draws a girl with a dick, they don't even try to make them look even slightly like a boy. Also in most pics they're wearing clothes in which you SHOULD see if there is a dick and there's nothing there

in the game, mizuho was able to turn into a girl when he was possessed by ichiko
however i think the artists just forget what gender he's supposed to be and draw a girl :P
