General: parody
The art of mocking a well-known copyright (manga, anime, game, etc) for comedic effect.
This may be done by various means:
- by drawing its characters in a funny and exaggerated way,
- by changing a well-known scene from it into something ridiculous,
- by having different characters (usually from another copyright, but not necessarily so) mimic a scene or dialogue from it in a funny way.
Note: Just drawing a character in a different style is not always parody.
It's parody only if it's done mockingly.
Note2: If a character just wears another character's costume, it's not always parody (it may be "cosplay").
They must mimic a scene or dialogue in a funny way to be considered parody.
