Thankfully the community here has saved the better version.
That's the big plus of image boards, the image gets censored or the artist closes their accounts, we got backups.

As long as the imageboard exists…

This version was deleted from pixiv (see child post).

The image is from the mail magazine of Koikeya Online Shop - not sure if there's an online version of it.

P.S. The products in question: https://shop.koikeya.co.jp/shop/g/g80381-co/

Doesn't matter how old a char is.

That doesn't make any sense though... I AM SO CONFUSED!?
B-but that's not how that works... loli is underage and eighteen is adult. Eh agree to disagree, we can at least agree this is a well drawn image. :)
Example:

The char kanna_kamui is truly 300 years old but she looks like a 9 year old girl. That's why she needs the loli tag.

And well I'm sometimes not sure myself so I add the tag just to be sure. Better safe than sorry.
That's fair, it seems you're not the only one as I've seen a mixture of explicit images of Kayoko here both tagged and not with loli. I would consider her petite myself, hell I have a friend irl that's in her 30s and has been confused for a teen. Though at the end of the day, as you said, better safe than sorry. Again a well drawn image by the artist.

Really like this format.

US 66 was one of the first National Highways constructed in the 1920s connecting small towns from Chicago to Los Angeles. These small town gas stations and motels thrived during that time until Interstate Freeways built in the 1950s bypassed them. Da tengzi captures that vintage look before these places went out of business and are now abandoned.

Interesting, had to note the sign offers Wi-Fi, effectively translating such businesses to today's era.
Well it is an artist's concept. MobilGas pumps today would look like this:
