As far as I know, that book hasn't been uploaded. I saw only few scan images on the internet. What you saw was probably them.

BTW, there are automation tools for Mac as well.

There are probably more of them.

You just need to use 2 software.

-Software that can make a hotkey for taking screenshots as image files(snagit, etc)
-Software that can make a macro that repeats your hotkey for taking a screenshot and key for going to next page.

All you need to do is
1. By using snagit or other apps, make hotkey for taking screenshots as image files. Let's say your hotkey is "a".
2. By using an automation tool you want, make a macro that repeats "press 'a' key(=take a screenshot), and then press right arrow key(=go to the next page)"

And something like changing display orientation is optional stuff for better image quality.

And about your automation tool.
I never used Macro recorder but it looks pretty simple to use.

1. Press "Record" and perform the actions.
2. Then press your hotkey for taking a screenshot. Not copying to clipboard, but saving as a file. You can make this hotkey by using snagit or other software.
3. Press right arrow key. Or whatever behavior for going to the next page in your ebook viewer.
4. Stop the Macro recorder to stop recording your behavior.
5. Edit the recorded action steps in the comfortable macro editor.
It's gonna look like something like this.

Wait 1000 ms
key Down PrtScn (or whatever hotkey you use for taking a screen shot)
key Up PrtScn (or whatever hotkey you use for taking a screen shot)
Wait 1000 ms
key Down right arrow key
(or whatever key press/mouse movement you use for going to the next page in your ebook viewer)
key Up right arrow key
(or whatever key press/mouse movement you use for going to the next page in your ebook viewer)

If the wait time is too short, it'll not work properly.
And save your macro.

6. At the playback properties on the right top, set the repeat number.
It depends on the pages of your ebook. If your ebook has 200 pages, repeat number will be 200.

5. Set your ebook viewer, Play the macro. Done.
Before playing your macro, try some tests with small repeat number. If it doesn't work properly, edit your macro.

As I mentioned, I have never used this software. I just assume by reading the official link of the software that you posted.
But it looks like there is a window version too. So I'll download it and try it later.
After I fully understand how to use it, I'll make the tutorial.

The reason I can't convert the book is because it's encrypted -- I got it from a site called BookLive, which has very annoying encryption on it's epub files. I researched how to remove and convert it, but it seems like it's impossible. I was able to get the book for half price there which is why I purchased it, but I wouldn't recommend the site if you want to remove DRM because it's pretty awful for that.

Then just skip the copy&paste part.

At the 1st image on Page 14 of the tutorial,
change the repeat number 4 to 159 if you want to take 160 screenshots. Just put "Page number - 1"

So the 2nd image on page 14, will change like this. (Only the last action will change)

What is Sys Req? I didn't find anything about how to change it.

By the way, DMM ask me to stop using droplr and some software when I open my book. I have to find a way to use SnagIt software in background without being noticed by DMM.

Sys Req is just keycode for [Printscreen] key.
It's your hotkey that you set in part 1. It's the key you use to take a screenshot by snagit.
In my case, it was [PrintScreen] key.

You can add key press action,
right click - hotkey - press the key you want.

For example, let's say that you're using [x] key to take a screenshot by snaigit. Then [Sys Req] would change to [x].

About DMM's protection,
I've never used their app.
I just tired my method on the web browser with their samples which are not protected by DRM.

Are you using your web browser to read your ebook or using their viewer app?
I think you can probably take screenshots with snagit if you read the ebooks with your web browser.

But their viewer app could have protection against software such as snagit.

It's your hotkey that you set in part 1. It's the key you use to take a screenshot by snagit.
In my case, it was [PrintScreen] key.

You can add key press action,
right click - hotkey - press the key you want.

For example, let's say that you're using [x] key to take a screenshot by snaigit. Then [Sys Req] would change to [x].

About DMM's protection,
I've never used their app.
I just tired my method on the web browser with their samples which are not protected by DRM.

Are you using your web browser to read your ebook or using their viewer app?
I think you can probably take screenshots with snagit if you read the ebooks with your web browser.

But their viewer app could have protection against software such as snagit.

I'm using their application to read their book in good quality. But it seems SnagIt will work. But strangely, they asked me to quit some of my application in order to read the books I bought. I hope screenshot will be ok. Otherwise I'll try their browser reading.

Is there any special reason that you want to use their app instead of web browser? I think the image quality wouldn't change even if you use web browser to read the ebook.

I think their app have protection function that detects suspicious apps. That's why you got such messages.

Just one thing, if you want to buy on DMM, you'll be able to grab your first ebooks for as low as 650¥ (about $6).

As you know, some Super Pose Books were on Promo at 1300¥, but in addition to that, they offer you a 650¥ additional discount. Thus you can grab the book at only 650¥ !

Unfortunately, It only works for the first purchase. So if you can grab the remaining Super Pose Books at such discount, it's be great!

I was tempted to create new account but it's be troublesome to log on different account in order to read my books.

For each purchase you make, they offer you point. For instance, if you buy 1300¥ , you get 13pt.
When you earn about 500pt you can get discount to purchase new books.

I had similar nice discount on Honto and ebooksjapan.

I don't know why but ebooksjapab, removed all their Super Pose Books. I bought 3 Super Pose Books there so I was afraid I couldn't access to them but fortunately, I can still read them. But I can't buy new one. I contacted them but they just told me they'll investigate about it.

Not really. I just like the zoom feature. Also I wasn't sure the quality would be the same. Never tried the browser actually. But I'll give it a try if the App doesn't work properly.

DMM block every screenshot. I was about to take only 2 pages and the software found out I was using a screenshot software.
