Two items involving possible changes to name tags:
In the Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu series, there is a character tagged with the romanized name of "Horun". In both the licensed English translation of the light novel and the second season of the anime (when she first appears) her name is romanized as "Horn".
In the Death March Kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyoku series, the MC is tagged with the name "Suzuki Ichirou". This is his name on Earth before being sent to the new world. In the new world, where virtually the entirety of the series takes place, he is known as "Satou", or "Satou Pendragon" as of volume 4 of the light novel. There is only a handful of characters in the new world who know the name "Suzuki Ichirou".

Just a heads up, we don't need an alias tag for every single alias name.
Only under the following scenarios:
1. To merge two already existing, dupe tags (that actually have posts)
2. The alias is widely used in the community
3. Particularly, the alias is used on other image board (like danbooru) so an alias is helpful for our taggers
So, please don't create these xx (0 posts) -> yy (10 posts) alias-pair unless you have a compelling reason.
