Not sure why this happened, and got the message "... have been banned: IP range for ban evasive vandal". All I did was reverse image search on Google images, and clicked the photo that lead me to this site. How to fix? I have not done anything else.

moonian: please don't block any ip range that is bigger (means smaller number) than /24. Or better yet, just don't block IP ranges. It doesn't really do much if someone is dedicated to vandalize/spam. And if you really want to, set a short expiration (like a day or two). There is very low possibility that a vandal will come back after half an year, you're just blocking normal users who live close to the vandal.
