Not sure if the lower-res free version should be hidden when a higher-res paid version of the same image is present?

So I'm not able to unheld a free version when a paid reward is uploaded? That kinda sucks then.

Nope, just hide it instead of keep holding it - it's still visible through searching by tags, just not in the main index.

And will be ignored.

Why show a worse version when a better one already exists?

Bc it's meaningless to upload them otherwise.

In my opinion, since a better version exists, the inferior version should be deleted.

We already had that topic. Paid content is not welcomed by many artists. There is always the possibility that the artists request that the paid content be deleted. If they block them from the site, you would still have the publicly accessible versions. That's why we keep both versions.

In fact, deleting an image on this website does not mean it is completely deleted. If this happens, if you need it, you can contact the mod to restore it.

Back then, someone complained about flag/deleted posts, so Checkmate give a better solution for this. So, if you complain about hiding old-post then that's mean you prefer with flag/deleted posts?
I rarely hiding old-post from other user upload, but I hide/flag my own post when there better version.

Well If I had to choose, I would prefer to hide the pictures than deleting them.

It is hidden for a reason. Many artists also browse this website, and their paid content and artworks are leaked here. If someone deliberately reports it, the images are destined to be deleted, the artists’ tags permanently banned, and the leakers might even be blocked by the creators themselves. That’s why I currently treat this as a backup site—I haven’t considered it a main platform for a long time. The more people know about it, the faster it spreads. I’d rather enjoy it privately than see beautiful artistic creations disappear from here forever. That said, most users here are just content porters, and those who are willing to pay and share are nearly gone.

By the way, starting next year, I’ll be posting less here and shifting to another platform (if you're interested, please contact me via Discord). This site is too easily monitored by artists, leading to bans—something I’ve experienced firsthand. I want to share but also keep a low profile; life is tough (sigh).

Then you can stop uploading so many pictures. Your behavior is also increasing the workload of mod and other users.
