Judging by the one right below her i would guess those lines are tails (or maybe just that one?)...but seeing the ones from the back really make me think of "Vectors" like in Elfen Lied (which is also accentuated by her mischievous look those calm but relatively sharp eyes, that light smile, even the position of the arms!...that hand in the back...like if she was -figuratively speaking-"hiding something" and that inviting hand (probably beckoning you to death!)...suspicious<.<
