I delete the Seifuku tag. No Seifuku on img.
Seifuku means uniform, so basically it'd be correct ...
Seifuku means "school" uniform. Fuku is uniform / clothes. Sei (or gakusei) is school. So he wasn't wrong.

Uh, I think sei here doesn't means 生(from 学生, gakusei) but 制(Unity), although they're homophones.
So it may be right to use it on maid literally, but moe.imoto has specified this tag with the meaning of school uniform.
