It is an 6Mb image but I've had no problems with it.

Can you give any more detail? Are you getting an error? It works fine for me off both servers.

I think it could be a issue of their browsers running out of ram

I don't know about ram but even (before I finished school) the computers there could even handle the pics with FF, and they had like 256 meg or even lower.

I assumed they meant they were having trouble downloading it. It's 9000x12000, obviously you'll have trouble viewing it in your browser...
