Some good details but yet so many mistakes... Unfinished, scrapped or maybe the artist just used this to practice coloring?

Maybe I shouldn't but... k... Well, if you look at the left arm, and compare to how an arm is commonly drawn in that pose or how it looks if you can do that pose in front of a mirror, you'll notice that there's a mistake in the way the forearm joins the arm, also the elbow looks strange... and the hand and fingers don't look natural, there's an incomplete line there in one finger, and it doesn't fit the drawing overall.... Also I don't know what happened to her right scapula. If you compare the tail and the ears with another drawing from the same artist here http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=24182637 you'll notice that it looks incomplete. The one in that link has better body shapes too. And err... No comments on that little thing on her tongue because... I have no idea what to think about it o_o
