Ocha kai (Tea Ceremony)


海外の方たちにイラストを通じて日本のなにを伝えたいか？
そう考えたとき「和室•畳*障子」が浮かびました。□本人が慣れ親しんでいるものを伝える事が出来るといいなと思い描しヽてみました。


I wondered what I could communicate through my illustration to people living overseas.
Thinking in this way, the image of a ‘Japanese room, tatami mats, and sliding paper doors’ sprang to mind. I drew this picture in the hope that I could transmit an image of these things that are so familiar to the Japanese people.
