The deonising is blotchy, but here's the run down:

1. Too much jpeg noise and artifacts
2. Your denoising isn't strong enough. Actually I don't even think you denoised it, it looks just like the parent except there alterations in colors.

Thanks for your comment, I will try either de-noise it or make it vector so it will rendered smoothly...

I'd like to denoise it myself to see if it's actually salvageable, but sadly i'm having technical issues with CS2.
