If you look at the most used tags on the site it will give a certain "vibe" that I would say doesn't extend so far as to include real life photography. Even if it doesn't say in any official rules, really we know what we expect from the site and what we don't.

I used a poor choice of wording when I said 'anime'
But this is still a real photograph. It might be edited, but it's still real life footage

"anime" is really just as narrow as it indicates imo, but by saying non-real/ACG/二次元 we have a way more widen range.
if "not anime related" is prohibited then tons of game illustrates/light novel illustrates/illustrator's original works will be in trouble.

Well, it isn't very obvious unless someone goes into your profile, and even then it doesn't stand out much. Maybe something for admin2 to consider? Slightly more obvious signs of a mod being a mod in the comments/forum. Maybe have their username be a different colour, or a small title thingy under their name.

Probably not, but I can think of some situations it might be helpful, at least to the users. But really it was just an offhand idea, you don't have to give it much heed.
