This image uses a very poor PNG compression algorithm, I saved it with IrfanView + max PNG compression settings(binary encoding mode) and it went from 33,2 MB to 7,49 MB (while not losing any pixel detail).
@SiteAdmin should really consider an auto PNG optimizer(or whatever it's called) for all uploaded PNG images.
