You need a Japan IP address to have access to those images (e.g. via proxy or VPN).

They are gifts from participating one of time-limited the polling events (there were many of those events, and these images are for a particular one; I have posted another one previously before this, hence the "yet another"). The links were sent via an email (you registered your email address when you casted your votes). As for the polling page itself, since it's already ended for a few months, I don't think it exists anymore.
