Images uploaded from Twitter tend to have poor quality. People will still upload them since there generally posted before the Pixiv/Seiga copy appears (an annoying practice)

And this is how it is filled with many duplicates, I think the only exception would be if the images are not uploaded to any other page but few artists do that, or another exception can be companies, I remember uploading images of compile heart that have only been published on twitter
