I believe these new additions are the cover art for the sound episodes?

Nope. They're postcards from the Complete Best collection that were originally covers for some of the OP/ED singles. This was the cover of Colors. I hadn't seen post #59986 before, but I'm pretty sure it's not new. The sound episodes that had their covers scanned in decent resolution are already in the gallery.
