When was it decided?

(That post put aside, where it’s indeed not obvious nor official, useful reminder that “yuri” refers to any kind of love relationship between girls/women, not only sexual relationship)

I don't think so. Yuri tag is as warranted here as gore is, because who knows, she might be tearing her leg apart!

This is not what I said. And it was not me who added this tag after this scan was uploaded (I only have added their names + “loli” because of the Q rating at that time).
