I think those are really depending on how you observed, you can either draw the faces with grayscale since you can observe the light and shade from them
btw there's an artist called "석가의" (石正賢 in chinese), he wrote an really cute anatomy book with reasonable price, with about 6XX pages (they're pretty cheap i can assure you)
