The second book looks useful and applicable even if you dont know japanese. The first and third books are pretty okay i guess, the first providing more of information with how to draw some objects and the third some composition info based on the preview.
The second one, judging by previous book of this author, it has high chance to have kindle version. I don't know when, maybe one month later. The first one, some parts are similar to this book, maybe useful for people who want to draw background and fantasy stuff. The third one also has info about making character, I just like illustation of this author, so still waiting for review.
