it's pleased for them in most case (as long as my acquaintance) with a practical reason if it keep the original source/artist without hiding or deceiving, and keep away from economical demerits. not important opinion
scans should be ashamed more than digitals (there is a site thinking the opposite, that's above my logic ┐('～`；)┌). the worst thing is distributing lossless data extracted from products.
