he said he draw it by himself on the comment of deviantart so I removed photoshop once.. but I hardly believe it. could someone confirm it?

Well, I've been following the artist for a while now, and I'll take his word for it, since he's not the type to do copynpasta work. Plus, in a few of his other works, his characters don't match his background too well either, so I'm willing to write it up as inexperience.

In a process of painting of anime CG, colors of fragments around painted pieces must be diffuse colors, not white..
